1. Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is Veronika Jantáková, contact email nikazticha@gmail.com. You can write to this email with any question about data protection.
2. What data I process, why, and on what basis
Contact form. I process the name, email and message text you fill in the form or send me by email. The purpose is to reply and, if needed, agree on next steps. The legal basis is legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep messages for at most 24 months from the last communication, unless the exchange leads to work that requires longer retention.
Running the site. The server records technical logs including IP address for security and operations. The legal basis is legitimate interest in protecting the site.
I do not collect any other personal data. The site does not use analytics tools or advertising systems, and I do not run a newsletter.
3. Who receives the data
I do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes and I do not sell it. The site runs on a server I manage myself; the data centre operator is INTERNET CZ, a.s. (FORPSI), based in the Czech Republic. Email communication is processed for me by Google Ireland Limited (Gmail).
Google Ireland Limited may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Cookies
The site does not store any cookies in your browser. I do not use analytics, marketing or advertising tools, and I do not track visits.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
